This Return Policy outlines your rights and obligations when returning a purchase. Please read it carefully before completing your order.

Damaged Shipments

CRITICAL: If you receive a damaged package or box, you MUST report it to 4StarTech within 2 business days of delivery. Contact Orders@4startech.com immediately with your order number and photos of the damage. Failure to report within this 2-business-day window will void any damage claim. |
How To Submit An RMA Request
To initiate a return, contact us at Orders@4startech.com or (877) 441-8733 with the following information:

- Order number
- Product serial number
- Reason for return
- Requested action (replacement, repair, or credit)
- Whether the box has been opened or the manufacturer’s seal is intact
We will issue an RMA number within 1–2 business days. NO returns will be accepted without a valid RMA number. RMA authorizations are valid for 10 days from the date of issue. Returns received after 10 days may be refused.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items CANNOT be returned or refunded under any circumstances:

- Software licenses
- Cisco SmartNet and other service contracts
- Digital goods and downloadable products
- Any item specifically marked as final sale at time of purchase
All sales of these items are final. Please confirm compatibility and licensing requirements before purchasing.

For defective items within the applicable warranty period, 4StarTech's remedy process is as follows: (1) repair of the defective item; (2) replacement, if repair is not feasible; or (3) issuance of a store credit or refund, if no replacement inventory is available. After the warranty period expires, items are no longer covered under 4StarTech’s warranty.
Standard Return Eligibility
All other products may be returned for replacement or credit under the following conditions:

- Return must be initiated within 15 calendar days of receipt for unwanted or incorrectly ordered items
- A 25% restocking fee will be deducted from refunds on returns for unwanted or incorrectly ordered items
- New/sealed items must be unopened with the manufacturer’s seal intact to be eligible for return
- Each item being returned must include all original accessories and components from its packaging. Incomplete returns will void the RMA.
Refund Processing
Refunds are processed within 10 business days of the returned item being received and confirmed defective and/or non-repairable. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Packaging Requirements
To protect your return during transit:

- All items must be double-boxed (the product in its original packaging placed inside a second outer box)
- The RMA number must be clearly written on the outside of the outer box
- All original accessories, manuals, and components must be included
If any item is missing from the return shipment, the RMA will be considered void and no credit will be issued.
Return Shipping Costs
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is the result of a 4StarTech error (e.g., wrong item shipped) or a confirmed defect within the warranty period.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method. 4StarTech will not be held responsible for items lost in transit on their way back to our warehouse.
