Cisco Meraki & License-Dependent Products

IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR CISCO MERAKI PRODUCTS: Cisco Meraki hardware requires an active cloud-managed license to function. Meraki licenses are sold separately from hardware and must be purchased independently. Hardware purchased from an unauthorized or independent reseller may not be eligible for Cisco TAC support and may have restrictions on license activation. Please verify license eligibility with Cisco prior to purchase. 4StarTech is not responsible for any inability to activate Meraki licenses purchased outside the Cisco authorized channel. |
Product Condition & Descriptions
Products listed on 4StarTech.com are identified as New or Refurbished. Refurbished products may show signs of prior use. All refurbished products are tested prior to sale unless otherwise noted.
Products labeled ‘End of Life’ are out of production by the manufacturer. Availability is subject to our current inventory. We make every effort to keep listings current; however, out-of-stock items will be removed from sale promptly.
"End of Support" means the manufacturer will no longer release firmware or operating system updates for this unit. It does not mean the device stops working. In fact, many networking environments — including static configurations, air-gapped networks, managed LAN/WAN setups, and legacy infrastructure — operate reliably on fixed firmware without any manufacturer updates. If your deployment does not require ongoing OS updates, End of Support has no practical impact on day-to-day functionality.
Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in US Dollars and are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to provide you with the most accurate, up-to-date information. 4StarTech reserves the right to cancel or adjust any order where a pricing error has occurred.
Payment is due at the time of order. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout.
Shipping Policy
Free ground shipping is available on qualifying orders over $499 (continental US only). Estimated shipping timelines vary by product size and destination. Handling time is typically 1–2 business days.
All orders are shipped with a direct signature required.
We DO NOT ship to PO Boxes or UPS Stores.
We ONLY ship using our shipping account and are not responsible for weather related delays on shipping times. Our preferred carrier is FedEx. Please do not ask to use your account or service.
International shipping is available on a case-by-case basis. Contact our sales department at (877) 441-8733 or email us at Orders@4startech.com for all international shipping inquiries.

IMPORTANT: If you receive a damaged package, you MUST report it to 4StarTech within 2 business days of receipt by contacting Orders@4startech.com. Failure to report within this window will void any damage claim. |

Warranty coverage entitles the buyer to repair or replacement of a defective unit at 4StarTech’s discretion. Products purchased from 4StarTech may not be covered by the original manufacturer’s warranty. Our warranty is provided solely by 4StarTech
Returns & Refunds
Return eligibility, restocking fees, and the RMA process are governed by our Return Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms and Conditions.
Limitation of Liability
4StarTech’s liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. 4StarTech does not accept liability for data loss, business interruption, or loss of profits arising from use or inability to use products purchased from this site.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Orange County, New York.
Changes to These Terms
