Cisco Meraki Z1 Teleworker Gateway — 4-Port Gigabit Firewall/VPN Appliance with Dual-Radio 802.11n Wireless
The Cisco Meraki Z1 is a cloud-managed teleworker gateway that combines a stateful firewall, site-to-site VPN, and dual-radio 802.11n wireless access point in a single compact desktop unit. It provides one Gigabit WAN port and four Gigabit LAN ports for wired devices, plus patent-pending Auto VPN for one-click, encrypted connectivity back to a corporate network. Built-in Layer 7 traffic shaping prioritizes latency-sensitive traffic such as VoIP and remote desktop over recreational use. It is purpose-built for extending secure, centrally managed network access to employees working from home.
